Prices and payment methods

All prices on the site are given in euros and include VAT. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and bank transfer. In case of payment by bank transfer, your order will be shipped as soon as the funds have been transferred to our account.

Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made exclusively within Italy. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Delivery is by express courier within 48 working hours, except for special conditions such as holidays or force majeure.

Right of withdrawal

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods by sending a notice to info@manticespirits.com and returning the products to the above-mentioned business address. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging and unused. The cost of return shall be borne by the customer.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes, the place of jurisdiction is the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy, or the Court of the Republic of San Marino in other cases.
