Gin Ouroboros alchemically symbolises the quintessence in a continuous cycle of distillations, sublimations and condensations to purify the raw material in order to extract the alchemical gold.
Using an allegory, the name of Ouroboros Gin is a reminder of the constant changing of states, symbolising the many experiments and tastings required in the quest for 'perfection'.

For the production of this little quintessence of gin, we review a compound refined bouquet, in which the botanicals are the true soul of the distillate, a masterpiece of classicism in typical London-Dry where the most delicate botanicals are steam infused in a 150-litre sartorial still.
Gin from Romagna brings with it the warmth of the South and the fragrant wind from the East.
The native juniper berries and km0 of the Romagna Apennines give off aromatic monoterpenes and primary alcohols, with stimulating balsamic scents; to which the Calabrian oranges and orange blossoms combine citrus and fruity notes, typical of southern Italy.
The essence of Ouroboros Gin finally sublimates in the pleasant pyrazinic scents, released by the barks of the Orientcondensing into a highly floral and peppery finale that never tires!
The only artisanal gin capable of providing an ever new journey into the unknown with every sip.
How is Mantice Natural Gin made?
Method of production: 14 botanicals of which 11 are slowly macerated for more than 24 hours, while the remainder - with more fragile molecules - are placed directly in the basket and extracted in a steam current (London dry style).
