Pronounced by priests and healers from the Aramaic period, the term 'Abracadabra', combined with the administration of medicinal concoctions, was intended to cure diseases and drive out demons.
Mantice red vermouth is associated with the same esoteric meaning, with the ambition of being an elixir of positivity: a panacea against negative thoughts.

The Vermouth Mantice's artisanal Abracadabra can be drunk either smooth with ice mixing, to embellish every moment and customise recipes of exceptional cocktails!

An extremely fragrant ruby red Vermouth; characterised by the velvety coumarinic hints of tropical beans, contrasting with the intense balsamic menthol lashings.
The ever-present bitter taste of mugwort and bitter herbs is muted by the mix of aromatic herbs, only releasing the sweet aldehydic phenolic notes of vanilla pods at the end, which blend perfectly with the pungent piperidin hints.

How is Mantice Natural Vermouth made?
Production method: slow hydro-alcoholic maceration in small steel containers of 14 carefully balanced botanicals.
The extract is blended with wine, but not just any wine or a blend between red and white, as is often the case. We use an organic 100% Sangiovese, produced by the winery The Walls located in the Riminese hinterland, where we find notes of red fruit and a slightly tannic body of flavour and territory, which combined with the botanicals enhances the silkiness of the drink.
